Default Dragonfly Problem

I got my first dragonfly helicopter a few days ago but I cant get any control over it.
When power is provided the whole thing spins franticly in an anti clocwise direction no matter what I do with the controls can anyone give me some advise on this problem?
I know it might slide to the left but this is spinning out of control so I am unable to attempt to get it off the ground please help a very frustrated newbie.

does your radio have a channel revese? reverse the rudder channel and see if that helps. is your tail rotor spinning?

That problem is sorted the tail rotor was slipping on the gear so I made a small spacer to push the rotor over and now its engaging properly it has stopped spinning out of control.
Any advise on flying the thing would be great.
