Default Trainer switch

hi,
I just got my new honeybee today! does anybody know what the trainer switch does? Is it a momentary contact switch or an off and on switch like the 3d switch on the other side of the controller.

it allows you to connect a buddy box and then transfer control to the other controller.

It is a momentary switch with spring back action, so that after the recovery by the trainer, the trainee can be back on his controller again.
You need the same brand TX so that they will be compatible and you will need a trainer cable to connect the 2 TX's.

not neccessarily the same brand. the cheap 4 channel tower hobbies tx's work great as trainer boxes to futaba, just need the right cable. (round-round or round-square for the newer futaba's)

That's correct because Futaba makes Tower Hobbies TX.
Thanks for the note.
