7CHP with 4ch micro RX?
I bought a 7 channel Futaba 7CHP; but the Rx is too big for my sub micro E-Heli.
My assumption is that it's safe to use a 4channel micro Rx like this:

.
Is this a correct assumption?

Zitt,
You can use just about any micro receiver as long as the transmitter is set to FM or PPM not PCM. I myself have about a half a dozen GWS 4 and 6 channel micro receivers in helicopters and planes. Berg also make some nice ones.

RE: 7CHP with 4ch micro RX?
thanks.
I picked up a micro GWS 4 channel today at a local hobby shop.
I was surprised by the size and inexpensive $20 price tag.
I was hoping to get the remaining electronics today (ESCs & battery pack); but they didn't arrive.
Oh well.
