Default Problems with the TWISTER

I have recently been given a twister electric powered helicopter (Lucky person) but have had problems with it i.e. starting up on its own without any input from the controller, I took it back to the shop and they claimed they had fixed it by fitting a new receiver on the heli. To my disappointment this has not fixed the problem. The shop have said they will replace it with a new one which is great but has anybody had the same problem ? I am currently training in a room 4.5m x 4.5m, but on moving the transmitter around and away from the machine it sets off "alarmingly at full power by itself". The instruction manual states that it the helicopter looses the signal it shuts down, this is not hapening. Mike Richardson, Leeds, England.[]
