I just got this Dragonfly No. 4

I got some simulator thing with it, but everytime i try to open it, it says that i should set up my Transmitter adapter.

I downloaded some program for this guide:

But when i go to step 5, i dont get the same results as i might, look: www.dkhs.org/upload/incoming/hmm.JPG

What is wrong? I follow the guide 100%, and i have put the cable in the com port 1.

It just goes on that "Waiting" blabla..

Hope to hear some help! Cuz i just tryed to turn that heli on, and fly... OMG - need that simulator! :P
