Default !!!!!NEED HELP WITH 2 THINGS!!!!!

Ok, i have a mini electric Dragonfly heli and need some help. First, i got a lithium 3-cell 11.1v 1050mAh battery for my heli and it came with a charger. The charger doesn't have any information on it, not even a name. Almost at the end of the wire is a little box that is an adapter for a 3-cell 11.1v Lipoly, a 2-cell 7.4v Lipoly and a 7-cell 8.4v Nicd-MH. Everything is great except for that i don't know how long to charge the 3-cell 11.1v battery. I charged it for about two hours (or at least i think i did) and the packages that make up the battery kind of expanded, whats up with that? DOES THE BATTERY LOSE ENERGEY IF YOU LET IT SIT?
Please say whatever you can to help!!

My second thing i wanted to ask is: i have the little ping pong balls as the trainer platforms, does that really effect how high i can go?

Your lucky you caught it when you did, you almost had a fire. You over charged the battery, that's why it swelled up. I would throw that charger in the garbage before you burn the house down. That battery is probably toast now. You should get yourself a peak charger, so when your battery is charge it will kick off. The Hobbico Quick Field Charger MKII is a good charger, and it is cheap to buy. The only down fall is, it's a 12 volt charger, so you will need a 12 battery to run it or a 12 volt wall adapter. Lipo batteries can be very dangerous if you don't have the right charger to charge them.

No probably to it.. That battery is DEFINATELY toast.. once they puff, you need to set it somewhere in a safe place for about 4 hours... assuming it doesn't burst into flames, then you need to take it to a recycling center or something... Just get rid of it! Lipo batteries are VERY volital. Lipo's don't have a very high self-discharge rate (much less than nicd and nimh), so they keep their charge very well just sitting around.
