Default glow plug extension installation

How or where is the best place/way to install a glow plug extension on my Raptor 30 (v1)?

Thanks,

Matt

On my Raptor 50, basically the same as your 30 I believe, I have it bolted to the side of the frame using a bolt that goes into the engine mount. It has worked just fine for me even with loctite on the bolt.

Be careful routing the wire to the engine head. I had 1 get worn trough in just 29 flights from rubbing on the frame due to vibration. I now wrap it in fuel tubing and wire tie it to the bottom of the frame.

I screwed my bracket on using one of the engine backplate bolts.

The insulation on mine wore through and shorted to the head... when I tried to start it with the glow starter on my power panel, it fried it! It blew the power panel fuse, but still fried the glow starter part of my panel!

Now I just take the canopy on/off...
