Default full right rudder does nothing

I just finished up cheking out the new esky HB CP2 heli and everything looks good and even looks good (not shakey) when semi light on the skids. The only problem I see right now is that when I move the left rudder control the tail motor gradiently (accoding to how far i push the stick) gets faster and faster as expected, but when I push the control past center and to the right, the tail motor stops entirely... Any ideas?

That's what it's supposed to do. The torque from the rotor will make the heli turn one way and using the tail motor will turn it the other way. I'm not really sure how else to explain it. When you get the heli in a hover you will see what I mean.
