Default Throttle and Pitch curves??

I just purchased an MX400 Pro that comes with the HeliMax 6 pole brushless and a HeliMax 25A ESC. I purchased a Futaba 6EXHP radio to go with it. This is my first upgrade from a Blade CP.

My question is, what do I put in for throttle curves for normal and idle up, and what do I put in for pitch curves for normal and idle up? The radio allows 5 point curves. I am planning on a max of 10 degrees pitch at 100%. The helicopter is totally stock and I have 1320 mAh TP LiPo's.

Also, do I need expo for the MX400 as I hear it is more stable than the Trex due to the weighted paddles?
