Default rotor blade

On my Blade Cp should my rotor blade mount be able to rotate on the axis of the tail rod, or has some glue just come loose? Thanks in advance.

Hope i catch you in time on this.. My 2 cents is not to c.a here..i wrap a layer or two of tape around the boom then put your housing on.. if you ever need to replace a boom or a main frame you will never get it off after the c.a...this is from my experiece.make sure you get it snug enough so it doesnt move around on you ,
