Default new to helis - body spins out of control

hiya guys and girls of the RC Heli world

iv recently bought a twin rotor helicopter and it just wont take off

iv tried about everything i can think of , and see`ing as im new at this , that took a very short time

iv loosened the rotors so that the blades will be exactly opposite ( due to centrifical force )
( thought that might`v worked actually !! )

iv checked and rechecked the manual and i have the blades on the right way round and in the right order

when it gets enough power the body just starts to spin around
and then sometimes it gets off the ground but crashes straight away

im trying to be as gentle as i can and slowly lift the power , but no luck !

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thankyou All
From Owen .

Hello,
I assume you have the Balde CX or Esky Lama 2 coaxial helicopter.

You are doing exactly what i was doing when i got my lama 2. Instead of slowly lifting the power/throttle stick, move it a bit faster at about half way up or at least 60%. You may crash the fist time but you will be come out of Ground Effect( not sure if thats what its called).

As for spinning, you have to set the trim on your radio, the horizontal trim below throttle stick. It controls the power on the lower blades which in turn rotate or counter rotate the helicopter.

See if this helps.

Best regards,

zaraf
