hi im having troubles setting up radio= with helicopter, i noobie at helicopters, and well i plugged the servos in the way the picture is from the venture 30cp book, but when i use the rudder stick on the radio it will only go one direction and very slow and then will not stop goes past its suposed tgo go already damaged a horn i had to replace, so i not sure, also i not sure i was re looking in the book for the radio the servoes go to swash 1 2 and 3 but i not sure what swashs are what as in the JR book its Front Right Left, etc

hopefully someone has same radio or knows what to do for me

does anyone have a made up configuration sheet also i so could use the help i so stuck cuz neither hitec or horrizon hobby can give me help they say gte a local hobiest that does helicopoters but none in my area

I would go to the IRCHA web site and ask for help there. Since the site is dedicated to R/C helicopters, they surely have a forum where you can get help. Just a suggestion.

I fly a Venture .30 with an eclipse. I believe if you follow the instructions of the Venture, use the 8 chann\ell radio. channels 1,2 and 6 go to the swash 2 is in the front, not sure of the other two. Not home right now, might be able to help you tomorrow. Swash set up would be 120. %'s are 1 and 2 are +70 and 6 is -70. Check the directions for the 8 channel, very similar to hi tec. I'm sort of a newbie myself.

Sorry it took so long, but here's my settings for normal mode. I run an OS .37 with 15% nitro and carbon blades. Don't know if all that makes a difference
Swash 120'
Servo direction 1-N 2-R 3-N 4-N 5-N 6-R
Subtrim all set to servo arms 90 deg. to the swash
Expo 1- -40% 2- -40% 4- 0%
Dual Rates High 1,2, and 4 all 100% Low 1- 70% 2-70% 4- 80%
EPA 1 and 2 are @ 100% 3- you'll have to watch your throttle arm. 4- 75%
SWAH 1- +70% 2- -70% 6- +70%
RVMX 0%
Pitch Curve 1-25% 2-40% 3-65% 4-75% 5-85% YOURS WILL VARY!!! Use a pitch gauge!
THCV 1-3% 2-40% 3-75% 4-90% 5-100% YOURS WILL VARY!!! Tach and a friend
