This is me flying my Blade CP after 3 weeks of practice I think I'm getting the hang of things but I still have my moments. I just wanted to see if I would fall in the Below Average, Average, Above Average. [link=http://s77.photobucket.com/albums/j66/acarls99/?action=view¤t=sweetheligoodquality3.flv]Video[/link]
Thanks,

Might want to fix your link, it takes me to the log in page under your name.
EDIT: RCU now has RCU video, maybe you can post it on there?

I have a HPI RS4 3 and a HPI Savage but no flying experience. I think Radds helped out a lot I did use the Realflight Demo but that didn't prepare me at all for when I first fired up the heli for the first time.
Thanks

acarls99,
Great video, I'd say for just after three weeks, your doing an excellent job. I didn't see the typical tail movement side to side.
So you must have your proportional and gyro mix set pretty good. Hovering rock solid with mini heli is an art in itself.
I think your ready for forward, backward flight. Just take small steps at a time and feel comfortable with that step before going to the next.. Building blocks if you will.
Great job,
Dave / Choppersrule

That is great. What control! Even when you nearly crashed and went all wonky! You managed to get out of it. I had a df4 (I've sold it as parts now cause the 4-in-1 fried) and that happened to me alot. I couldn't get it out of that sliding and it would go on such and angle it would fall out of the sky. I could hover like that but not after 3 weeks! You must have a knack for this stuff.

Good job, you maintained a good steady hover. You landed safely. You seam to have the discipline and desire to be a good pilot. Keep it up and see you in the air.
