Default Newbe Help! Please!

Hi, I am new to helicopters and I bought a Nexus 30/w O.S. 30sx-H. My question i how do I break in this engine. It is new. I have broken in airplane engines but never a heli. Do I leave it in the heli or takeit out? All I have is 15% nitro will this be ok? Thanks to anyone who can help and/or give instuctions on how to do it.

Thanks Again,
Allmostthere

Leave it in the heli , follow the manufacture needle settings and run.
No need to bench run it,just run rich and learn how to hover.

You need to run 30% nitro with at least 18% lube. Synthetic would be good.

Default Heres a question

With the OS 32... If you close the needle all the way and then start to open it back up.. how many turns should you give it to open it up to start the run in procedure? 1 and a half or 2 to start break in?
