Well it free wheels clockwise and if it counter clockwise the motor will turn once and then stops unable to turn after the piston goes up and down. Should it be like this, basically it turns either way till the piston goes up and down then locks untill i turn it the opposite way, when the engine is uninstalled?

Also should i install it so the motor is able to do the first turn counterclockwise then lock or put it in so u cant turn it counterclockwise already locked meaning you gotta turn it clockwise for the motor to turn again?
