So, what's the scoop on this little heli.... good, bad, easy, or hard to fly? Any one have one?

its a 4ch, fixed pitch heli, so it is the hardest of all helicopters to fly. BUT, these helicopters are the best for beginners as they are very durable, and dirt cheap to fix. It looks the same as a dragonfly 4 or falcon 40.

I actually just bought one last night.....I will post a review when I get it and let you all know the details from open of box to maiden voyage, etc...
I bought it vs the esky solely because it looks alot cooler and was a few dollars cheaper

I just broght one also. I'm waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It looks good, parts are cheap, and it comes with a flight sim program. For $100 even, I said what the heck. Let me know how yours handles if you receive before me. I'll post my review also.

I can't get it to go up. It just spins the blades and shakes real bad. it also keeps going in a circle clockwise. Could the be the gyro or is my transmitter setup wrong?

Does it blow the air up or down? Usually on these RC heli's the blades spin counter clockwise (I dunno about the FP's though).
The going in a circle is a proportional adjustment. I dunno on your heli what way you need to adjust it, but usually you need to adjust it with the battery disconnected.
On my heli the blades spin counter clockwise and when looking at the tail, the air gets pushed from the left to the right. When I turn the mixer pot on the 4 in 1 clockwise it speeds up the tail, which makes the tail go to the left, and the nose go to the right, or clockwise from the top. So if it is spinning clockwise on my heli, I would unplug the battery, and turn the mixer counterclockwise about 1/16th of a turn and try it again until it stayed pretty staight.

The air blowes Up. I'm thinking maybe its my transmitter not set correctly. I dont know, this is frustrating. I've flown helicopter before but this thing is a ig headache.
Thanks for the response.

if it blows the air up, check the blades and make sure the camber is pointing down. If that is all right, then just unplug the motor from the 4 in 1 unit and flip it over the other way and plug it back in =) That should do it

since you're new to RCU, I'll explain this a bit. We all are on here for fun, and help other people out to further the hobby =)
The main thing here is that this is not a very popular heli, and not alot of people have it. Some more info would be good, like what is your setup, what size is the battery and how many volts is it reading?
Assuming this heli is a 300 sized 4ch fp, you might want to check your battery and make sure it is putting out enough juice, that your pitch angle looks good, that you've broken in the motor properly and it's not overheating (this is a sign of early failure), and then one of the things that is usually the case is the gear mesh is too tight. Make sure you can fit about 2 peices of 20lb copy paper between the gear and the motor.
