Default flying help

I recently purchased a Esky Lama. I flew it for a day or two. Crashed into a wall slighty and broke the blade. I replaced the blade with the blades that come with it. I insured they are in the right place.

Right now the helicopter only flies in circles about an inch of the ground. Any tips. It doesn't look like anything is broken. I charged the battery.

One of the motors may have died in the crash.

When I put the throttle up, both blades are spinning in opposite directions. Is there any type of adjustements that could have been knocked out of whack?

On the gyro possibly. I am not sure because I have never seen one in real life let alone fly one. I know that when you make it spin you are slowing down/speeding up the speed of one rotor. This makes the heli spin in the opposite direction of the fastest motor. If the heli spins one way then there may be something wrong with the rotor/motor that spins the opposite way.

If the blades on the lama bendable. If so, add pitch to the blades that are spinning the way the heli is and this will slow down the blades and stop spinning. I had this happen to one of my cheap helis. and that is how I fixed it.

still more questions.

Thanks for the tips.

I havn't tried bending the blades but it makes sense. Do you think there is any type of motor adjustment to eith speed up the lower blade or slow down the faster.
This is the first copter I have purchased. Bought it in hopes of getting quality copter once I got good. so forgive my lack of knowledge.

Are you sure you put the right blades on it? The top and bottom blades are pitched in opposite directions.

Blade A is for the top rotor, and Blade B is for the bottom.

tried bending the blades, didn't work. I took it apart and discovered the gear for the top blad was stripped causing it to spinn slower.

I ordered a new gear and shaft.

Thanks for the help.
