In the ordinary, non-toy heli world, to counter something turning left, you would adjust the trim in the opposite/counter direction ie Right.
Not really sure why the instructions tell you to fix a left YAW by moving the trim more to the left. Typically, in order to counter a movement, you always move the trim in the same direction that you would need to move the stick to counter that movement. IE If the heli is YAWing left, I would move the rudder stick RIGHT to make it stop and likewise move the trim to the RIGHT.
If you are following these instructions, then try moving the trim in the opposite direction the heli is YAWing.
Normally, when you have counter-rotating blades, there is some sort of mix adjust at the ESC/controller to help adjust for YAW control but the manual is kinda limited in this info.

Well I tried to see if I could fly it some more and overcome the left spirel and out of the blue my radio no longer had control. The heli went to auto pilot (crash) I tried to bring it up a few more times but it resulted in the same lose of control. I brought it back to my lhs and they found the same results as me and gave me a new one. Well just to let you all know the new on flies great but it doesnt have enough power to get over 4 inches off the ground. I can get it to go anywhere(just not over 4 inches up) . I will be calling hoizon today to let them know whats been going on.
This is my first heli and it not been a good experience. This kind of aggrevation would stop people from getting into this hobby( but I stubborn) So I think I am going to get a blade.

The hoverflash doesn't even have aileron control ... you turn it by Yawing and then forward flight.
There will always be someone who feels these toy helis should fly as good and have the same quality as heli model costing 10 times more. And likewise, there will be someone who finally discovers that they bought a toy and not a model.
I hope everything turns out OK but keep in mind ... it's a toy heli.

Unfortunately, there are some who just want an inexpensive little heli to start with and fail to realize that there IS a reason for the higher cost helis ... quality. So when they opt for the lesser costing heli, they generally by into the lesser quality.

I bought the sparc aerolite for my 12 Y/O nephew, and let me tell you, it is certainly just a toy. However most toys are supposed to be fun, so I guess this one would just be considered crap.
I ended up keeping it for use in my office in the conference room. But its just a big waste of money. Do like I did and break down and spend the $200 for a blade. My nephew is flying the blades off it>

I bought a Sparc HoverFlash in the winter and all I can say is JUNK. Ive gone through 3 sets of main rotor blades @10$per set... and each set gets destroyed in a matter of minutes, its never been airborn for longer then 10 seconds at a time before it yaws the heli into a wobble and totaly uncontrolable. From day 1 as soon as it gets airborn it has a tendency to yaw to the right...even with full opposite rutter..all that does is slow the spin down somewhat. Also once you crash this thing the blades are garbage because they fall appart, id like to see them made out of plastic at least not thin cardboard!!! My tail rotor spins at equal speeds in both directions so im not sure why its doing this..the main rotors apear to be true with no wobble at low speeds or high..im stumped. I called customer support and they want me to ship it to the states to get it fixed or replaced, the thing is that I paid 100$ for it and am not willing to spend another 40-50 to ship this thing out and back as Sparc does NOT pay for shipping. Can anyone give me an idea as to why this is happening and what can be done to correct it? Its really to bad because the motor has TONS of power and would be a really cool machine if it worked good. I do understand its just a cheap toy and what can you expect right? well I at LEAST expect it to "HOVER" haha, since it is called a HOVERFLASH..

I can see where someone might be tempted to buy one of these after watching the video. All the problems I have read here sure don't add up to how the one in the video flies. Blade CX or CX2 are proven coaxials so next time spend the 200 bucks or get one from Hobby Mart on Ebay if its RTF and not having faulty parts. I got a couple CXs from them and they were like brand new but USED for like 115 bucks.
Dont let your problems with the hoverflash discourage your wanting to fly a heli. Its a great hobby and very addictive once you have experienced a good flight or two.
