Default flight simulators

I recently purchased Pre Flight and everything seems to work except the heli won't leave the ground. I've emailed the author but haven't heard back from him. does anyone have pre flight sim and have had the same problem? I've got Clearview sim and it seems to work fine.

Some sims you need to have your throttle trim about 3/4 of the way up for helis to work (Reflex), have you tried that?

In PRE-Flight, set the aux1 channel to the
collective channel of your transmitter. You may
have to reverse the direction for aux1.

This is what work for me.
