marinos,
There are several ways that you can gain confidence in an internet vendor. The first is to check one of the clearinghouses that allow customers to rate their experiences with such businesses. Although eHirobo.com is not listed here, for your future reference consider

http://www.resellerratings.com/rlist-s1-n2.html

Search through all the RCU and other forums and see what people have said about the vendor and products, if anything. The forums on the eHirobo web site appear to be completely bogus, with everything rated at 5 stars, but that's considered smart business practice in some parts of the world.

Carefully examine the web site and try to get a gut feeling about its legitimacy. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

eHirobo.com appears to be a Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland China-based company. In these instances, the quality of the product is often more of an issue than whether or not it will arrive at your door. If it's a name-brand, like Align or Walkera, you don't have too much to worry about. If it's a knock-off, like the X-UFO, it's a complete waste of money. However, some knock-offs like the HDX 450, are pretty good designs.

Check the shipping terms and conditions for hidden costs and lengthy delays.

Check their return policies.

Make sure that the checkout process is on a secure server. The last thing you want is somebody in Thailand running around with your credit card number.

When you purchase a lot of stuff over the internet, you start to develop sort of a sixth sense about these things.

Good luck,
Bruce

You can search around ([link=http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=rc+helicopter&btnG=Google+Search]Shops list from Google[/link]), then email the shop and see how fast they response to you. So when you need support, you know how fast you can get the support from the shop.
