Default Plugging 401 gyro into AR7000??

I am assembling a Trex 450. Do I need adapter plugs to connect my 401 gyro to my AR7000 receiver? Or can I modify the existing plugs?

Thanks,

Tim

No adapter plugs. There is a little tab on the side of the futaba plug. Just take a exacto, razor blade, or sharp knife and carefully cut the tab off. Don't worry, this is a very common thing to have to do when mixing futaba with JR equipment, or in your case, spektrum. The futaba plug still has 45 degree angles on one side of the plug. Match that up to the receiver to get correct polarity.
