I read somewhere on this forum of a product that helped level a copter automatically... it was 4 letters long, looked like an acronym I think.

Am I crazy or is this real?

Its the FMA COPILOT Model CPD4 if you have a CP Heli. If you have a CCPM heli, its the FMA COPILOT Model CPD4. I have 2 Falcon 3D CP Heli's and I have one installed in both. Makes flying easy. Easy to install and the CPD4 is 70 bucks. Good flight insurance if you are a beginner like me. I have 26 flights and NO CRASHES so far. Check out my video on youtube. You will find it under falcon 3d. This is an infra red stabalization system and it works great.

heres the link to the video...remember this was my flights 8 and 9 and I am a beginner. The video was taken with a cheap camera so its not all that good but you will get the idea. Try one. You will be happy.

The CPD4 will handle mechanical mixing helicopters. The FS8 will handle CCPM helicopters.

Yep, thats right...sure works good...glad I got one especially while learning...its enough just making sure the heli is mechanically fit and the co pilot really keeps things easy...i can enjoy getting some flight time without having to rebuild all the time...definately good insurance...have a nice day in Kansas...its kinda windy here today so I am not going to go out today...I have been ok in 15 mph wind but today its really gusty so just playing with my ham radio today...thats a good indoor hobby or I can do some flying on my G2 sim...
