Default NEED HELP

I have an art-tech falcon 3d heli and it is acting strange. Is it's rotor supposed to start spinning at half throttle, because when i put up the throttle stick the blades don't start spinning until the stick is at the half posistion (50% throttle). Note that the heli only arms with both sticks at centre. Also, i had the throttle trim in the centre (like the manual tells me to do) and i was in normal mode, not idle up. Is the falcon 3d supposed to do this?
Any help would be appreciated!

Default RE: NEED HELP

The Falcon 3D throttle stick should be all the way down and the trims all of them neutral in the middle. Make sure your transmitter mode switch is in normal and turn your transmitter ON and then connect the flight battery. The two little knobs on the transmitter left one at 10 oclock position and the right one at 2 oclock position. Try that! If the tail is spinning, adjust the trim for the rudder. Always check when the heli is on the ground and before running up the rotor that you have tail rotor servo movement before running up the rotor. I have seen this condition with the tail spinning. DO NOT try to fly if its doing that. Its usually a problem with the setup of the linkages or a problem with the two set screws on the tail rotor hub coming loose. The tail rotor servo arm and the linkage at the back should be 90 degrees to the boom. Try to move the tail rotor hub on the shaft. It should not move. Tighten and locktire it with blue locktite. If loose in flight you will have no tail rotor control and crash. I am using the FMA Direct CPD4 CoPilot with mine and its easy to fly. Once I tried it without and its not easy for a beginner like me. With the CoPilot its very easy and I have got 40 flights now and no crashes. I will attach link to my video from last Sunday 7-15 which shows the tail spinning like yours and some other stuff...Hope this helps...

I also have 2 other videos there you can watch from earlier flights with the CoPilot system
