I have a E-Sky EK2-0851 (Orange Charger for the Lama V3) and it is no longer charging my batteries.
Charger is only about 2 weeks old and the Green charging light does not come on when the battery is hooked up.
Only the Red power light comes on and I've tried the DC clips with the same zero results.
Anyone else had this problem?
Dave

put a meter across it and see if you are getting any output. also try measuring the ooutput to the battery when the charger is plugged in. It might be the battery is too low for the charger to work with. I had a friend that messed up a battery and it would not charge up on an E-sky charger because the battery was too low.

That seems strange. A charger that won't recharge a low battery!?
Is there a charger that works better?
How did your friend fix the problem?

Mine did the same thing. couldn't be fixed. I returned it and got a replacement but while I was waiting I bought an Align RCC-4CX that you can charge two 7.4v lipos at the same time plus 3s &4s lipos.

My balance charger (from Flight Power) was charging for the first time, when a bluish white smoke came out the sides. At the hobby store where i purchased the charger they toke it apart and found out someting inside it was loose (and causing it to short circuit). So i had it replaced. Also had to go through 3 of Flight Powers batteries because all of them had some sort of deffect. I'm starting to lose trust with Flight Power's products.
