Witch the best for the price between this 2 heli?
this is a good deal for the blade 400 RTF? or is crap
and for the 400, this is a strap or a shaft for the tail rotor?

No small helis that I'm aware of have a shaft drive tail they are either belt driven or have a separate motor back there.
The Trex probably costs more but you get what you pay for.
I just reviewed the Trex 450sa in the magazine section.
