Hi. Yes i have used the E Sky simulator. I have not found the blade cp yet.
I have also used the Real Flight g3.5 and FS ONE.
FS ONE is the best of the three by far.

I believe that the ESky sim is just FMS, is that correct?
If you look at this page, it lists FMS as supported. The screen shots are clearly FMS

A search of FMS models will yield a better result than ESKY sim.
Here are a couple model downloads and such:
BladeCP http://www.ushobbysupply.com/pub/Blade_CP.zip
DragonFly http://www.ushobbysupply.com/pub/dragonfly.zip

it comes with them on the cd rom.. but when you get it you are going to have no idea on how to make it work.. the cd loads fine and the tx is ok. it has about 15 planes or more and 2-3 copters already on the disc. but as they say you can downloads extras for free. i have a couple sites if you need them.
but you are going to have and set up your tx to get it to work. if you cant figure it out.. send me an email and i will walk you throught it. it is easy once you know what to do. the instructions sucks..
just sold mine.. had one just like your getting. it taught me a little about stick orientation.. they became pretty easy to hover and fly. tried it for real and crashed.. last week i had a bday and got some money from a few people and put in the rest and i bought realflight3.5 new for about 160 bucks.. trust me,,thats alot of money to me!!! but in just 4 days of hovering tail in all the realflight i was able to hover my black hawk for the first time. and that was today!!!!!!
i had my copter for 5.5 weeks.. 7 crashes... i finally hovered it today for about a good 10-15 seconds before i got scared and brought it down.. i gotta say the realflighht did it.. dont get me wrong the one you are getting is a good start.. much much better then no sim at all. but trust me,, starting saving,,check on this fro sale site and get ya rf.... jake.

I bought one from ebay a while ago. I wasn't really impressed with it but now that i am back in the heli business, i have revisited it and it really isn't that bad. The graphics are not as great as the big guy sims but the muscle memory value is well worth the twenty bucks i spent on it. I actually acheived inverted hover with it.
It appears that i will have plenty of time waiting for parts to finish my Raptor 90 so it will surely give me time to re-aquaint my thumbs to the transmitter.

hey guys! did get my sim three days ago but been having soooo much fun on it that i haven't had the time to write!!!
wot a laaarrrrrf!
took it into work the other day and a couple of my colleagues said they'd buy it just as a computer game it was that much fun!
Jake, your help was invaluable and it got me straight in without any hassles (i just have to figure out what those numbers actually represent!?!). for some reason there were only 4 fixed and 2 rotary wing aircraft actually on there but i'm sure i'll find some more through looking at this forum!!!
one thing i did kinda expect is some sort of flying training program, like how to get off the ground without stoofing head first, etc.
it's still BRILLS though and will be spending lots of time on it before shelling out for a real one (have been rushing things a bit and bin doin' a little 3d action already
)

good news matty,, glad to help... but if you can,,scrimp and save and get yourself realfight.. you can get the used ones on this site and ebay for like 120 bucks right now. thats because there is a new verison out..v4... i tell ya why.. i used the eskay[fms] for about 4 weeks.. it took me about 2-3 days and i could hover and ff pretty well on the sim. but in real live,,forget it.. kept crashing.
so my b-day came along and with cash that i got and saved a few bucks i was able to get realflight3.5 on sale for 150 dollars brand new.. well 3 days later after using it i had a buddy come by my house.. he saw my copters and wanted to see one fly.. i said yea,,me too:} so anyway i took him outback just to fire one up for him..
before i knew it i was hovering.. i owe it all to the realflight sim.. dont get me wrong,,the eskay[fms] sim was good practice for the realflight sim.. but the realflight sim was the one that did it for me.. i am attaching a link to where to can download some more planes and helis,, most of the links work,, a couple dont.. also did you hear of radds school? that will really help buddy.. it sounds stupid and boring but trust me and ask around ,,it works!!! link also attached for that,,, good luck,, let me know when you get that first hover in,,, i had a smile from ear to ear when i had mine.. thats still all i can do but hey,,, now i am practicing nose in hovering on the sim.. a whole new ball game.. tuff buddy tuff!!! see ya,,jake.
here is the flight school.
