Beginner Guides?
I am a beginner to helis and purchased a 6-ch electric CCPM heli with DX7 radio that I can hover somewhat well, but I know little more than a few of the basics, like blade balancing/leveling and a few simple maintenance steps. As far as radio setup, different "modes" etc, I am lost.
Is there a good place (besides filtering through the rubble here) that a beginner can endulge himself in helicopter basics and controller setup? Maybe flying tips etc as well?
Thanks.

RE: Beginner Guides?
Use the first link that Jake listed and scroll down until you find Radds. Radd's is widely regarded as one of the best self teaching aides. It will walk you through each flight, and give you a goal for each flight. Since you're already hovering, you've got an edge on the start. If memory serves it's just a flight tutorial, I'm not sure it covers different modes. If you want more information on flight modes, there's lots of set-up information out there, and finless Bob's videos on Helifreak will help a lot. Your best bet is to find a local flying club and hopefully fined some guys that are into helis. Person to person, I beleive, is the best way to get help with heli's, but I'm living proof that it's not necessary by any means. GOOD LUCK!!!
