Default heli pulling down

alright with all the turmoil and xanax ive taken, i believe i have 75 percent of my problem cured. this is what is goin down folks. I bought the cnc metal head from walkera. installed it. took it outside made a few short flights, i mean short. took it in charged it up took it back out and instead of flying up . it was pushing the heli down to the ground. Glad I had my ping pongs on to save my tail rotor, any ways brought it inside. noticed that the ring inside of the metal swashplate was in fact, not connected to swashplate but about a qaurter of an inch above it. Of course this ring holds the servo arms, universal connectors. So what I did is lenghthened the servo arms so the ring would be back in place, at least that is what i thought. Any ways i must of tweaked it out to much as far as putting to much slack in the servo arms. cause its still doing the same thing. This is an Eagle 50 with the cnc metal upgrade.

The swash plate is broken do not try to fly. You can CA glue it back on to the base. Be carfull and do not get glue in the bearing. Align had the same problem with the Trex450 a while back and that was the cure.
