i need help how do i put the piston ring on the piston and then put that in the sleve then put it back together without puting the sleve in afterwards?

Put the ring on the piston. Put the piston in the cylinder and connect it to the con rod, then just slide the liner in.

The ring groove has an index pin, examine the ring groove carefully and you will see it. The ends of the ring must overlap at the index pin. Then the taper at the bottom of the sleeve will compress the ring enough to slide it in the sleeve. I dip my finger in atf and cover the bottom of the sleeve, top of the piston and ring area with a light coating. This assembly oil helps things go together easily but the key is having the ring properly indexed or you will be spending another 17 bucks if you force it.

Don't put the piston in backwards, i forgot if the 1/2 moon on the skirt goes towards the carb or exhaust, i think the carb.

ya hockey thats what happened a few months ago my os 37 didnt come with a piston ring so they sent me an os 32 and now im trying to fix the 37 so i have 2 engines for my hawk one more ? my gyro works but not enough to keep it still what should i do?
