I would stick to the E-Flite stuff if as long as your local hobby shop supports them and go with the Blade CP+ or Pro. If you have some money to spend think Blade 400. Stepping up to a CP is quite a leap but can be done, but you will most likely need a lot parts while learning so a local hobby shop with the parts is good. Even then they only handle slight breezes not windy conditions.

God Bless,

Jay

Answer this first...

How much money do you want to spend? Blade 400 money or Trex/Mini Titan money, or Trex600e money?

"simplicity" This word and Helicopter can not be used in the same sentence. Since you asked I really like the Align stuff. If your LHS goes the Blade route stick with that line till you get some more experience.

money not a concern... money is always a concern. The 600E will set you back over $1200 with radio, the trex or minititan around $850 to $900....

Please list a budget as you'll get recommendations from $200 to $1500 if you don't .

The Blade 400 @ 469.00 W/ Radio is about in that range. You will need at least one more battery and a decent charger and spare parts. This would put you in the 600 range or over.
