Default How do you fit 12mm blade in 14mm holder

How do you fit 12MM blade root into 14MM blade holder? Can you use washers as spacers or is there spacers made for this purposes?

you can use some spacers. What heli are you working with?

Dubro has some nylon washers, take your blades and a grip up to the hobby shop and try a few, get it as close as possible. A little on the small side is better than stretching the grip and having the blade too tight. Not overly small, just what can be taken up when you tighten up the bolt.

Most blades come with the correct shims.

The Century 600mm blades came with the plastic re-inforcements but that only made them 12MM thick. The JR Venture 50 takes 14Mm thick blades. I need to find shims to fill the void.

Do a web search for nhp blade spacer. Eboyztoyz and helihobby both have them.
