Default Help! CX2 Hover, new to this!

I followed Soloboss setup, and did do alot better, but this heli just wants to fly straight ahead, the only way I can hover is to have the elevator trim at the bottom. Tried to adjust the linkage but that does not seem to help? Am i missing something here? Spending more time tweaking than flying, but this is alot of fun.

do you check the CG before you lift off, put the battery in the heli, turn the upper rotor so that the flybar is out to the side and pick the heli up, it should stay flat and level to the surface your lifting from.

The CG looks good, just balanced and installed new blades, do both the links that attach to the swashplate need to have even threads?
My one is screwed all the way down while the other is all the way out, but the swashplate looks level at power up??????
