Default backwards rotating tail[FIXED]

my tail rotor rotates backwards...i recently replaced the main gear, and had the tail out doing that...unfortunantly i learned the hard way why you do not mess with the helicopter while the motor is plugged in.....i hit the 'throttle reverse' on the control without thinking, 0 to 100% in .5 seconds....and this is the result of it...take note newbies...

so what have i put in backwards to make the tail rotor rotate backwards? wrong flip on the belt?

ok, it was the belt...anyways the battle wounds will stand as a constant reminder as to why everyone says 'unplug the motor first!'

I did a similar thing not long ago.
I was making trim adjustments after an upgrade, I accidently bumped the throttle and ended up with a fractured finger.
ALWAYS disconnect the motor when messing with setup.

it probably wouldnt have been so bad, but since i was waiting on a servo, i thought maybe i just had the paddles backwards, so i flipped them over to be truely backwards, so the sharp side is what got it...
