Default WILL IT WORK??

Hey fellas.

I have a belt cp and would like to replace the gyro with either a GY401 or HG5000.

My question is, will the tx that came with the bird work?

If not, what HH gyro is available that will work with the stock tx?

Thank you in advance.

Tino.

I know an E-Flite G-90 (Telebee type) will work. For HH just leave he extra wire disconnected. Any adjustment about 50% on gyro is HH, less than 50% is rate.

You have to have the gain wire plugged in and set correctly on the 401 or it won't work, that requires a channel with end points or a gyro screen. If you dont have that don't fool with a 401.

Any adjustment about 50% on gyro is HH, less than 50% is rate.
That depends on the transmitter

The GY240 will work as it does not incorporate remote gain. You make any gain adjustments right on the gyro.
