Hello everyone I live in Keokuk Ia, and am looking for anyone in this area to help me get started in Heli's. Would like someone to check my Venture CP, with a XP662 Radio. Also would like someone to teach me the basics to get started flying. I am willing to call or come and see you for the help.

Default Help

I looked at the site you sent me and I must be the only person in the whole state of Iowa that is trying to fly Heli's, just my luck!
Thanks for trying to help me.

Raven

Good luck with the setup bro.

If I can make a suggestion, the following book helped me a lot:

Radio Controlled Helicopters by Nick Papillon (or get something similar).

Nothing substitutes having a experienced friend/experienced flier help you, but I would say that in the absence of such a person this book will teach you a lot

I know it is a long way away from you , but try Hobby Haven in Des Moines Ia. They may well know of someone in your area.
