I know that tail should move a bit upon giving throttle. However, after it makes its initial move and is still on the ground, should the tail continue to rotate or hold?n I am basically wondering if the tail continues to rotate until you get in the air or if it should hold steady at all times except for the instant moment that you throttle up?
