Default Help Needed E-Flite CX2

I am new to RC Helicopters and have been progressing pretty steady. I began with a very basic styrofoam, then to a styrofoam that had forward, backward, side to side, and spin. I had pretty much mastered it and had a blast so I decided to upgrade to the E-Flite CX2. When I try to hover I can never get it adjusted to where I can just hover with minimal adjustments on the control as the manuel suggests. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It also seems to always drift left no matter how much adjustment on the controller I make. Thanks in advance.....Any help would be great

if you have the manual, there is a section on fine tuning drift. there are pots on the 3-n-1 controller on the heli that can be adjusted to fine tune the heli. sounds like they might be off a little. i would center all trims on the tx and adjust the pots until there is hardly or no drift, then use the trims on the tx as needed. i have had two and this is the way i tweaked them to get them right. of course check your tracking and make sure nothings bent (flybar, main shafts, gears misaligned, screws loose ect, ect). these helis are extremely stable when adjusted properly. hope this helps a little....................td..

trex 450, trex 500, r50v2, stinger 90......still tryn2fly!!
