Well, Ihave a little bit of a dilemma. A friend of mine owes me a good sume of cash, about 350.. He has this Rc helicopter that he's willing to give me for the debt owed.

Short of posting a picture which Iwill do, How else can Iexactly identify what I have.

I brought it into a local hobby shop and was told it is a Kyosho Class 50 or " Caliber 5 ". But, every picture I've seen on the net of that spec is slightly different. As in the body is shaped a little different, the muffler isn't chrome, it's another alloy almost like a coated pot metal or galvanized? not sure but the muffler also say Kyosho. The blade setup is the same, and the only other difference is it's entirely gear driven and not belt driven.

It's in fantastic shape except for a few dings in the blades which I was told would need balancing. The body needs paint and everything was just cleaned out real nice. Two questions.. How much would the blade balancing cost? and what should Iuse as a lubricant?

And lastly, I was told Iwill need crystals to match up to the controller and Iwill need to buy a starter. What will that run me?

Is this and the controller as isworth the 350 he owes me?
