Hello, I want to buy a mini helicopter that would have been able to carry 5-20 kg of cargo. It should be the driving autonomously, and fly at least 2 km. can somebody help me.

There's no realistic way that anything considered a mini helicopter can carry near that much weight, let alone pilot itself.
Unless by mini you just mean RC in general, but that's still a lot of weight.

On the other hand, to someone who is only familiar with full scale helis. a "mini" may be considered anything smaller then a man carrying full scale helicopter.
What is your definition of a "mini electric helicopter"?

The Yamah RMax is your ONLY option based on your requirements right now. Good luck getting Japan to allow Yamaha to sell you one.
For the rest: don't get wrapped up in one single word, for a person with 2 posts under his belt, any of our RC models are going to be mini compared to a real one.
