Default heli

well my heli seems to be "slipping". it will spin but whatever is in the main shaft that is supposed to grap seems to not be doing its job. i just got it today opened it out of the box and havent even got to fly it. is there anything that i should tighten up that will fix it?

its the dynam e-razor 250 pro. it was working when i first got it but the second time i tried it seemed to slip i havent even got to take it off the ground.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXSXHr5T4jsheres a video but i had it at full throttle and it was barely spinning but u can hear the tail rotor humming it works fine. it looks fast but i could put my finger and it would stop and not even hurt.
