By way of warning it may be important to know xheli.com, nitrorcx.com and hobbypartz.com are all part of the same company. All of themoffer the same Customer NO service so be warned prior to making a purchase that if you need help, it maybeone of the greaterhassles of your life getting any response or help.
I bought an Exceed drift car from nitrorcx.com which was defective right out of the box (the transmitter range was less than 3 feet). When I attempted to get an RMA from nitrorcx as per their web site instructions, their phone system gave me a fast busy several times a day. I also never got a response to any of my email requests and the chat line was never operative. Finally, after a week of this, I contacted my credit card company and placed a dispute.
Surprise, surprise I finally heard from them with a request to remove the dispute. Experience #2: Xheli.com which is an affiliate (same company) accepted and billed me for two helicopters, but never delivered them and even double billed me for one of them. I also had to dispute that one to get it off my list of credit card charges. I later learned they are the same company with the same issues. How these guys remain in business is beyond me.

On line hobby items purchasing horror stories don't get much worse than my experiences with nitrorcx.com and xheli.com. I don't understand why anyone would buy anything from nitrorcx.com, xheli.com or hobbypartz.com a second time. The are all affiliates of the same company and are a perfect example of Customer NO Service. I honestly think all of the positive reviews they get are from plants or shills.

what about nitroplanes.com & raidentech.com? you didnt know these are the same company, not just afilliates?
i buy all my batteries and two chargers so far from hobbypartz.com, everything came perfect.
did have a bent tail boom on the EXI Le i ordered from xheli.com last year, contacted them on rcdiscuss.com and had a new boom 5 days later.
back three years ago xheli, raidentech, nitroplanes, nitrorcx & hobbypartz would have been a big joke, trust me, i got screwed 3 to many times.
but last year i gave xheli one last chance, never been happier.

Glad to hear it worked out for you. My experience was so bad that once was enough. With all the reliable vendors on-line, to me it just isn't worth taking the chance because if something goes wrong the hassle is enormous.

Amen brother. By the way, I'm in the market for a Walkera V200D01. Anyone have a suggestion for the best source? I'm leaning toward HeliPal.com, but would appreciate getting some input.
