Hi Folks,

I need some help please. I ordered and paid for A Kontronik Power Jazz speed controller and a soldering jig from RRE Models, at a cost of $ 623.48, on 22 April 2010. I have yet to receive the goods and have contacted them on a regular basis, asking for answers. Despite some emails in return, the last being 17 November 2010, over 3 months ago, it would seem that they are not interested in honouring the sale.

Now, the rub is that I live in Richards Bay, South Africa, a very long way away. If I were in the States, I would have driven over, no matter how far and demanded action from Bobby and Tommy. Do Bobby and Tommy really give a hoot ? Well, having used many suppliers from the States and around the world in getting supplies for my RC Heli hobby, and always having got great service, advice and delivery, RRE Models seems intent on sinking the good will and the legal obligations honoured by everybody else.

Should anybody have any direct contact or leverage with RRE Models, I would appreciate your help in getting this resolved. It is very frustrating not only that I am not able to fly my EC135, but also that it seems that RRE Models are using the huge distance between us to fob me off ! I warned Bobby over 4 months ago, that I would make posts such as this in forums, Facebook and Twitter and any other social media that I can, but he has chosen to ignore this.
