Curious to know if anyone is aware of the fastest speed ever acheived with an RC helicopter?

I did some speed tests on my 450 GT and hita measurable98 Kph several times...

I will try again tomorrow for 100 Kph..

I think the speed record is in the 90 mph range

Thanks.. I thought it would be easy to find with Google, but there is very little real data..

Apparently the record is (or was) 97 kph. These people claim that they bumped it to 121kph. Did not read the entire thread to find out the official result.

Thanks..I thought it would be faster.. I think I could squeeze mine up to 103 - 104 in a good dive.. but it just won't go faster than that withouth some serious streamlining...

It was fun anyway...

There is a youtube video where a 700 did 120 mph, but he came out from a very steep dive. Here is one video I found.
