I have a miniature aircraft gasser that keeps tearing up the plastic gear teeth and has also so much force twisted the tail rotor tube so I put screws in it to lock it in place. I have had everything apart multiple times and have not found anything. I have sent all radio equipment and servos into JR to check them out and everything was OK. I have a second Heli just like this one and never had it do this. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

I have not had the luxury of this paticular problem but by chance have you replaced the bearings in the tail case they could be locking up when they get hot thus breaking the drive gears
again just a thought

Hi
Yes I have replaced every bearing I could find in the Heli. I even put new gears in tail rotor. I have even had a fellow in my area that is very good with Helis look at it and try fling it and he can not figure it out either. I am about to the point of taking it completely apart down to every last bolt and build it up again. I even tried going back to a regular receiver instead of the 2.4
Thanks for your suggestions though.
