Only deal I'm aware of is 1 cent shipping for orders over $100. $32 is a lot for usa shipping.

It is possible to order from HK and pay $5 shipping HOWEVER you must keep in mind a few things:
1. weight of the product
2 size of the item, boxed
3 FOB (which warehouse is the product shipping from)

Your best bet regards to shipping time and cost is to order from the USA warehouse. Once in the HK website, scroll right (the pages moves left). You will see a choice of three warehouses; choose USA. Now, not all products are available there, but more are added all the time.
Don't forget even if you paid $30 for shipping, you saved a ton of coin versus a local purchase or other on line stores. I buy darn near everything from either HK or Tower for. HK catches a lot of crap from RCer's but if it weren't for them, I couldn't afford to be in the hobby. Also, I have never had a problem with any of their products of the 100's that I have purchased.
Hope this helps you.
