Here goes,
I was setting the pitch on my quick sixty that I just finished building today and after I got I both blades to zero at mid stick I moved the control to full pitch and checked the picth guage. one blade was at 9.5 and the other was 11.5. After scratching my head for a while and staring at my heli with a dumb look on my face, I noticed that the hiller has a long side and a short side. On one grip it had the long side to the swash and on the other grip the long side was to the multiplier
I set it up so that the long side went to the multiplier on both grips. This was a guess but it left more clearance for the linkage to the sea-saw. If this is incorrect, let me know. I did not build this, it came from Quick this way. I'm going to try ataching a picture I made in paint, it's pretty poor but I think it's good enough to get the idea across.
