I fly Raptor 30 right now and planned to swap the engine with OS 50. The engine, muffler, mounting, fan, pinion, and spur gear is available here. But the problem is the longer tailboom and blades for Raptor 50 are very rare here, my LHS is stock only the shorter tailboom and blades for Raptor 30.
If I use OS 50, change everything (pinion, spur etc) with Raptor 50 part except the tailboom and blades will cause any
problem to my heli?
Any advice is appreciate.

Yeah, there'd be almost no point. All the power you gain with the 50 engine is wasted if you don't upgrade the boom and the blades. And I'm not sure if it will fly right without the boom.

i have a friend who flys 550 night blades on his 50 once in a while, works OK but it is notacably lower thrust than with the 600's you can order the upgrade from www.heliproz.com i try to get as much as possible from the local shop, but if they don't carry what you need...

Heli-kraft sells 50 booms cheap $ 9.80 each

You should just order 2 or 3

Lynx and spaceman:
Thank u, I feel that the TT 39 power is not sufficient for me, I'm not planned to upgrade my heli, but definetely want more power on it. The TT39 is good engine anyway. I planned to try my first loop this week, and inverted too :-) but I feel that the heli not responsive enough.
I run 15% nitro (cool power), I think I will try 30% before try to upgrade the engine.
440GTX:
Honestly, I can order it from Singapore. But sound ridicolous if everytime I crashed, I must grounded for about 1 week waiting for part. But I think I can stock 1 crash kit here. My crash log right now is at 3 times :-).
I will think all over again.

I would miss my helicopter too much if i had to wait for parts, so i already have enough parts ready for 2 crashes!
I think i am past the worst part of learning, but i am sure the spare parts will be used within a year.
Good luck with the loops!

The .50 will be much nicer but your heli definetley has enough power to do inverted flight and loops. I am doing stationary consecutive flips, piro-flips, backward loops, and funnels, with a completely stock .39 helicopter. The advantage to learning 3D with a .30 is that it teaches you collective management instead of just powering through the maneuvers like you can with a .50. If you are confident enough to do loops and rolls you can go ahead
and move your ball links to the outer hole on the washout mixing arms so you will have a little more cyclic.
