Looks like a TRex 450. The quality of the pictures makes it impossible to be 100% certain. And with the flooding of 450 clones in the market, you will need very detailed pictures to have an accurate identification.

It's a Heli-Max mx400 clone , except the tail boom on the picture it have align 450 tail boom.
Heli max discontinue this but another company from Taiwan I believe they still produce this heli.

Yeah...I was going to say I doubt it was a Trex 450 as none of the Align 450's I have ever seen had servo setup like that.  Especially the one in front of the main shaft that has two links one per side should be a give away.

As stated it is a Heli-Max 400. I have one and did the same upgrades with Trex stuff. I would stay away from it. Parts are hard to come-by and they are expensive.
