Any experience buying from RC-Expert? I'm having a problem getting the order that Ipaid for. Posting here because it's helicopter parts.

Details regarding the above message. Checking to see if anyone else has had problems with RC Expert on-line store regarding receiving an order. I ordered a helicopter fuselage on May 7, 2013. Each time I check the status it shows "preparing for dispatch". It's now May 26 and I haven't received the order. Each time I e-mail them I get a response a few days later, so someone is there answeromg e-mails. The latest e-mail stated that the fuselage that I ordered was the last one in stock and it was "a bit damaged". They offered to send a different fuselage and I agreed to accept that one, but still no indication that they have sent it. Looking for any history on this vendor to see if they are reliable.
