Default Sooo I've got this Heli

I've got this heli which was an impulse buy some years ago.. It's an Ergo 60, from what I understand is one of the bigger sizes?
So I'm curious, I purchased a JR XP6102 radio for it and that's about it. From what I remember it only needs a gyro and she should be flyable.

Which leads me to my question..Does this have any value? I always thought it'd be cool to fly, but do not have time for it now or any time soon.

The issue with this is parts availability.

Someone may want it for parts to maintain an old favorite or as a restoration project. Main stream value would be little, though you could put it on EBay and take a shot, you never know.

I was thinking that.. Sad part is this thing looks brand new.. Remote's never been used either..
I think the hardest part would be putting a price on it.. Luckily it doesn't cost me anything to list on ebay!

Thanks,

Ergo's had a small cult following but never really made the big time like Kyosho's and Miniature Aircraft for whatever reason.

You have something like a car that's rare, but nobody really is enamored with. The right person see's it and you're in luck, but the masses probably aren't going to be too excited.

Try it in the classifieds on RunRyder and mention in the antique forum that you're selling it.

Antique status you say?? Whew guess it's something I'll just keep listing periodically till someone who knows it, see it, like you said. Or worst case, I get the gyro and decide to fly it. Haha

Thanks for the tips Barracuda
